Jack Grealish makes his first Premier League start of the season as Everton host Ipswich Town at Hill Dickinson Stadium on September 19.
Grealish, who featured in Wednesday's 1-0 Carabao Cup win over Wolves, keeps his place on the left flank. Brennan Johnson starts on the right wing, with Thierno Barry leading the line as striker.
Harrison Armstrong returns to the starting XI after missing the Wolves cup tie with a minor knock. He lines up alongside James Garner and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in central midfield, with Hayden Hackney dropping to the bench.
Everton's defence is unchanged from the goalless draw at Spurs last weekend. Captain James Tarkowski partners Jarrad Branthwaite — called up by England on Friday — in central defence, with Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Vitalii Mykolenko at full-back and Jordan Pickford in goal.
Everton XI: Pickford; Maitland-Niles, Tarkowski (c), Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Garner, Armstrong, Dewsbury-Hall; Johnson, Grealish; Barry.
Subs: Travers, King, Keane, O'Brien, George, Dibling, Alcaraz, Hackney, Graham.
