Liverpool in the mix for Juventus defender Kalulu

Liverpool are among the leading clubs pursuing Juventus centre-back Pierre Kalulu, according to Inside Futbol, as the Italian side attempts to secure the Frenchman on a new contract.

Kalulu, 26, originally arrived at Juventus on a loan deal two years ago before the Turin club made the transfer permanent the following season.

The France international has established himself as a regular starter in the heart of Juventus's defence, maintaining that form into the current campaign.
