Gerónimo Rulli says he is looking forward to connecting with Manchester City supporters at Thursday's City are Back open training session at the Joie Stadium.
The 34-year-old Argentine goalkeeper joined City from French club Marseille on a two-year contract, subject to international clearance. He was introduced to a group of fans at a City Store Meet & Greet on Wednesday alongside Elliot Anderson, Marc Guéhi and Gianluigi Donnarumma.
"I always say the same when you arrive at a club, you must meet the fans," Rulli said. "So for me it will be a very special moment and I cannot wait to be there with them."
"I think the connection is really important because when you go to work with the fans it makes everything much easier," he added. "I know I arrive today at the best place to do it."
The open training session is scheduled for Thursday, with general admission and hospitality gates opening at 13:30. Training is set to begin at 15:00, with the event finishing at 17:15. Last entry is at 14:30.
Tickets are priced at £5 for adults and £3 for under-21s and over-65s, with a maximum of four tickets per supporter. The session will also be live streamed for those unable to attend.
