Andreas Georgson has been promoted to Assistant Head Coach of the Sweden national team while continuing his duties as assistant coach at Tottenham Hotspur.
Gjorgson joined Tottenham in June 2025 and linked up with Sweden the following November, after Graham Potter was appointed as the national team's head coach. He has extended his contract with the Swedish Football Association as part of the expanded role.
At club level, Georgson has led Tottenham's set-piece coaching. The club ranked among the Premier League's strongest sides for scoring from set-pieces last season, while only one team conceded fewer goals from dead-ball situations.
On the international stage, Georgson helped Sweden qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and was part of the coaching staff as the nation reached the round of 32 at the tournament.
