Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed a 35-player squad for their pre-season tour of New Zealand and Australia, with the trip spanning three matches across two countries.
The tour opens at Eden Park in Auckland on Sunday 26 July, when Spurs face A-League champions Auckland FC (3pm local time, 4am UK). The squad then travels to Sydney for two further fixtures: against Sydney FC at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday 29 July (7.45pm local time, 10.45am UK), and against Chelsea at Accor Stadium on Saturday 1 August (7.45pm local time, 10.45am UK). All three games will be streamed live on SPURSPLAY.
Summer signings Mateus Fernandes, Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Sandro Tonali and Mathys Tel are all included in the travelling party, as are established squad members James Maddison, Dominic Solanke, Richarlison and Destiny Udogie.
Mohamed Kudus, Xavi Simons, Dejan Kulusevski and Wilson Odobert will remain at Hotspur Way to continue rehabilitation from injury. Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has sustained a minor knock in training and will also undergo treatment at the club's training centre.
Rodrigo Bentancur and Pape Matar Sarr have been granted extended leave following their involvement in the World Cup. Pedro Porro, Cristian Romero, Djed Spence and Marcos Senesi — who reached the latter stages of the tournament — will also not travel.
