Brennan Johnson has joined Everton from Crystal Palace in a deal that sees Dwight McNeil move in the opposite direction to Selhurst Park.
The Wales international forward has signed a four-year contract with Everton, running until the end of June 2030. He becomes David Moyes' fifth summer signing, following the arrivals of Merlin Röhl (loan obligation activated), Hayden Hackney, Tyrique George and Christian Nørgaard.
"I'm so excited to be here. The Club speaks for itself – it's a massive club and one that when I first heard of the interest, I immediately wanted to come and be part of it," Johnson told evertontv. "I want to bring speed, goals and everything I've got."
Johnson, 25, will wear the No.22 shirt at Everton. He scored the winning goal for Tottenham Hotspur in the 2025 Europa League final against Manchester United and added further European silverware with Crystal Palace in last season's Conference League.
The attacker joined Tottenham from Nottingham Forest in September 2023, contributing 18 goals and seven assists in all competitions before moving to Palace in January this year. He holds 45 caps for Wales and appeared at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
McNeil, who joined Everton from Burnley in July 2022, made 128 appearances for the club and scored 15 goals across four seasons before his departure to Palace.
