Arsenal Women were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United in the Women's Super League on Saturday, with Smilla Holmberg's 95th-minute header rescuing a point at home.
Julia Zigiotti had given United the lead in the second half, slotting the ball through Misa Rodriguez's legs after Georgia Stanway lost possession in a dangerous area.
Arsenal dominated much of the first half without breaking through. Lisa Baum, Stina Blackstenius, and Mariona Caldentey all came close, but Phallon Tullis-Joyce produced a strong performance in the United goal, including a fingertip save to deny Blackstenius just before half-time.
The visitors withstood Arsenal pressure after taking the lead, with Tullis-Joyce also denying Caitlin Foord with around 15 minutes remaining and later keeping out efforts from Cerci and Chloe Kelly.
Holmberg, who had entered as a substitute in the 58th minute, proved the decisive figure in stoppage time. Leah Williamson's cross to the far post was cushioned into the roof of the net by the Swede to level the match at 1-1.
Selina Cerci made her Arsenal debut as a second-half substitute, coming on alongside Foord to replace Baum and Blackstenius as Arsenal chased an equaliser.
