Arsenal have signed 17-year-old goalkeeper Remi Lupinski to his first professional contract, the club announced on July 15. Lupinski joined Arsenal from MK Dons last season and impressed during the 2025/26 campaign with the under-18 side.

"It feels amazing, a very proud day for me and my family," Lupinski said after signing. "It's another milestone reached and I can't wait for the season to begin."

Lupinski had been with MK Dons since the age of seven before making the move to north London last season. He acknowledged an initial settling-in period before finding his footing.

"It was definitely difficult for the first couple of months, but when I settled into the changing room, the performances were coming on pitch as well, so it's been brilliant. All the coaches have been brilliant," he said.

The Polish goalkeeper has cited compatriots Wojciech Szczesny and Lukasz Fabianski — both former Arsenal and Poland internationals — as his primary influences. "They're a very good example. They're both my favourite keepers. To have anything like the careers they had would be amazing," Lupinski said.

Lupinski has also trained alongside Arsenal's first-team squad, an experience he described as instructive. "Their professionalism stands out — they're really professional every single day, on and off the pitch. They show a very high standard to all the academy lads, to know what we have to do to get where they are."

The deal is subject to completion of the required regulatory processes.
