Chelsea to debut new 2026/27 home kit against Western Sydney Wanderers

Chelsea will wear their new Nike home kit for the first time when they face Western Sydney Wanderers in the Sydney Super Cup on Tuesday. The pre-season fixture kicks off at 10.45am UK time and marks the first match under manager Xabi Alonso.

Alonso addressed the media ahead of the game, stating he wants to "build a competitive team" and have a "good season", adding that "hard work" would be the foundation of any success.

The new 2026/27 strip features a refreshed club crest interwoven in "Bright Blue" on the front of the shirt. The jersey includes a collar, a button-down neck, and "Midwest Gold" accents on the rampant lion badge and Nike swoosh, which appear on both the shirt and shorts.

The match will be available to stream live via the Chelsea Official App and website through a CFC+ subscription, priced at £14.99 per year. The Sydney Super Cup fixture is the first of Chelsea's pre-season games broadcast on the platform.
