Destiny Udogie will miss Tottenham's Premier League home game against Coventry City on Monday evening after picking up a knee problem, manager Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed.

The Italian left-back played 74 minutes in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Manchester United before being withdrawn as a precaution and replaced by Micky van de Ven.

"Destiny Udogie played 70 minutes (against Manchester United) and suffered a problem of (the) knee and we didn't take a risk alongside the medical staff," De Zerbi said.

Udogie has made four Premier League appearances this season, totalling 161 minutes, before the injury setback. Tottenham sit bottom of the table with three points from six games ahead of Monday's clash.
