Ledley King, Tottenham Hotspur's club ambassador and former captain, visited the Sydney Fish Market on Monday alongside members of OzSpurs, the club's official supporters group in Australia.

The visit came during OzSpurs' 25th anniversary celebrations this week.

The Sydney Fish Market is the largest fish market in the southern hemisphere, with wholesale auction trades exceeding 50 tonnes and 100 different species of seafood handled daily.

"One of the things I love most about travelling is getting to experience new places and the moment you walk into Sydney Fish Market, you can feel the history," King said. "It's more than just a market, it's a community, and you can understand why it's become such an iconic part of Sydney."

"The best way to understand the city is to spend time where the locals do," he added. "You leave with a real appreciation of the people, the culture, and the traditions that make this place unique — to share this experience with OzSpurs was really special."

King made over 300 appearances for Tottenham during his playing career before transitioning into his current ambassador role at the club.
