Chelsea Women are organising a community run club event in Auckland on 6 August, ahead of their match against Auckland FC at Eden Park two days later.

Former Chelsea goalkeeper Carly Telford and local broadcaster Brodie Kane will host the 6.5-kilometre run through the streets of Auckland. The event is supported by Strava and is open to all pace groups.

Runners are asked to arrive at the BOUY Cafe in Westhaven at 6pm for a 6.15pm start. A bag drop will be available, and the first 50 runners to register their arrival will receive a free Chelsea FC Women cap.

Chelsea Women face Auckland FC at Eden Park on Saturday 8 August. Participants in the run club can access a 20 per cent discount on match tickets via a dedicated link.
