Manchester City will play three pre-season matches in Hong Kong and Seoul between 1 and 9 August 2026, the club confirmed. The tour marks the team's first trip to Asia since 2023 and comes ahead of the first season without former manager Pep Guardiola.

City open the tour against Inter Milan at Hong Kong Kai Tak Stadium on Saturday 1 August, kick-off 12:30 UK time. The sides previously met in the 2023 Champions League final in Istanbul, which City won to complete a historic Treble.

The squad then travels to Seoul, where they face a K League All-Stars XI at Seoul World Cup Stadium on Wednesday 5 August, kick-off 12:00 UK. South Korea's top-flight players are currently preparing for the 2026 World Cup.

The tour concludes at the same Seoul venue on Sunday 9 August against Atletico Madrid, managed by Diego Simeone, with a 12:00 UK kick-off. City played at Seoul World Cup Stadium during their 2023 pre-season tour.

All three matches will be broadcast on CITY+, available globally with regional exclusions. An annual CITY+ subscription costs £34.99; a monthly subscription costs £9.99.

Aside from the matches, fan events include an open training session at Hong Kong Kai Tak Stadium on Friday 31 July at 19:30 local time, and a further open training session at Mok-dong Stadium in Seoul on Saturday 8 August at a time yet to be confirmed.

Manchester City and PUMA will also operate a Man City House activation in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, from 5 to 9 August, offering merchandise, fan experiences, and appearances. Entry is free.
