Arsenal release disabled supporters’ travel guide for Aston Villa away fixture

Arsenal have published ticket and access information for disabled supporters attending the Premier League away match at Aston Villa on Monday, 31st August, kick-off 20:00 at Villa Park.

All tickets for the fixture will be issued as NFC Digital Passes and sent to lead clients on Tuesday, 25th August. Supporters who have not received their tickets by Thursday, 27th August are advised to contact the Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1).

The away allocation includes 14 wheelchair space pairs and 30 ambulant disabled seating pairs. Ticket prices range from £23.50 for under-14s to £30.00 for adults, with each eligible disabled ticket including a complimentary personal assistant ticket.

Sales windows open from Monday, 27th July, beginning at 10am for Disability Access members with 40 or more away points. Further windows follow in two-hour intervals through Wednesday, 29th July, extending down to members with 15 or more away points.

From this season, Red, Cannon, Junior Gunners, and Young Gun DA Members can earn away points on all eligible fixtures, building priority for future ticket purchase windows.

Supporters are reminded that ticket scanning at the turnstile is mandatory. Arsenal receives access control data directly from the hosting club and will remove credited away match loyalty points if a ticket is not scanned. Documentation, photographs, or travel bookings will not be accepted as proof of attendance.
