Chelsea has confirmed that academy striker Lois Shooter has signed her first professional contract with the club, running until summer 2028 with an option for a further year. The 18-year-old will spend next season on loan at WSL 2 side Nottingham Forest.
"I am really proud to be signing my first professional contract with Chelsea. It is a special moment for my family and me. I'm grateful to everyone who has helped me get to where I am in my journey. I am excited to continue my development and see how far it takes me," Shooter said.
Shooter joined the Chelsea Academy at 15 after previously coming through the London City Lionesses' youth system. She scored 12 goals for Chelsea's Under-18 side in the WSL Academy League during the 2025/26 campaign.
The forward is an England youth international and most recently attended a Women's Under-20 camp. During the 2025/26 season she also travelled with Chelsea's first team to their pre-season camp in the Netherlands and was named in the matchday squad on several occasions.
