Chelsea has confirmed details of a new ticket application process for home matches in the 2026/27 season, replacing the previous sales system for members attending men's team fixtures.

Under the new system, eligible members will have a designated application window for each home match during which they can apply for tickets individually or as part of a group. The club states the process is designed to combat ticket touting, reduce bot activity, and improve system reliability during periods of high demand.

The first Ticket Application Window, for the fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion, opens to official members on Thursday 23 July and closes on Friday 31 July. A separate window for supporters requiring accessible tickets will run from Monday 3 August to Friday 7 August.

Chelsea has extended the window for the opening match to allow supporters time to familiarise themselves with the new process. The club confirmed that applying earlier within a window does not increase the likelihood of securing a ticket.

A minimum loyalty points threshold, based on points earned during the 2025/26 season, will be required to qualify. The exact threshold will be confirmed in the full sales information, which is set to be published on Tuesday 21 July.

Members eligible for concession-rate tickets are automatically assigned their price class under the new system. The club has asked supporters to verify that the date of birth on their account is accurate, and to contact the ticket office at tickets@chelseafc.com if any correction is needed.
