Manchester City make a single change from their last Premier League starting line-up as they travel to Anfield on Sunday, with Nico O'Reilly replacing Joško Gvardiol in the back four.
O'Reilly had left England's squad early as a precaution during the recent UEFA Nations League window but has been passed fit to start. Gvardiol drops to the bench.
Phil Foden remains absent, serving the final match of a three-game suspension.
Gianluigi Donnarumma starts in goal behind a back four of Matheus Nunes, captain Ruben Dias, Marc Guéhi and O'Reilly. Elliot Anderson and Enzo Fernández line up in central midfield alongside Rayan Cherki, with Erling Haaland leading the attack flanked by Antoine Semenyo and Iliman Ndiaye.
City arrive at Anfield top of the Premier League with 15 points from five games — level on points with Arsenal but ahead on goal difference and with a game in hand. Manager Enzo Maresca has won all seven competitive fixtures since taking charge.
A victory would give City back-to-back league wins at Anfield for the first time since January 1953. Their last visit in February produced a dramatic 2-1 comeback win, secured by Haaland's injury-time penalty.
Haaland leads the Premier League scoring charts this season with five goals, while Elliot Anderson tops all midfielders for line-breaking passes (105), progressive carries (64) and duel success rate (60.7%) among those with 50 or more duels contested.
LIVERPOOL XI: Alisson; Araujo, Jacquet, van Dijk, Kerkez; Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Munoz; Wirtz, Barcola, Koumas.
CITY XI: Donnarumma; Nunes, Dias (C), Guéhi, O'Reilly; Anderson, Fernández, Ndiaye; Cherki, Semenyo, Haaland.
