Milos Kerkez scored his first international goal as Hungary defeated Georgia 1-0 in a UEFA Nations League tie in Budapest on Friday.

The Liverpool left-back headed the winner past his club teammate and Georgia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili 10 minutes before half-time. Dominik Szoboszlai captained Hungary in the match.

Kerkez picked up his second yellow card of the competition during the game, ruling him out of Hungary's Nations League fixture against Ukraine on Monday.

Three more Liverpool players were involved in Nations League action on the same evening. Kieran Morrison provided an assist with a cross as Northern Ireland beat Ukraine 3-0, while Bradley Barcola and Jeremy Jacquet both featured in France's 1-1 draw with Italy.

Jacquet started and played the full match in Paris, with Barcola coming on as a substitute in the final 15 minutes.

In a separate fixture, Academy defender Prince Cisse came off the bench as Wales U19s lost 2-0 to Norway in a friendly.
