Chelsea forwards Estevao Willian and defender Jorrel Hato have both been nominated for the 2026 Golden Boy award, which recognises Europe's best young players each year.

The pair join 23 other nominees on the shortlist following strong performances for Chelsea and their respective national teams during the past twelve months.

Hato helped the Netherlands reach the round of 32 at this summer's FIFA World Cup and has since established himself as a regular under Xabi Alonso at Stamford Bridge. The Dutch defender's consistent form at club and international level underpins his inclusion among the world's top young players.

Estevao, who joined Chelsea from Palmeiras, has featured in all but one of the club's matches so far this season. The Brazilian winger has also cemented his place in the Selecao squad under manager Carlo Ancelotti, scoring six goals across 14 international appearances.

The full 25-man 2026 Golden Boy shortlist includes Pau Cubarsi (Barcelona), Ayyoub Bouaddi (Manchester City), Warren Zaire-Emery (Paris Saint-Germain), Yan Diomande (Real Madrid), Luka Vuskovic (Brighton), Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Endrick (Real Madrid), and Franco Mastantuono (Fiorentina), among others.
