Chelsea Women's Under-18s kept their perfect league record intact with a 2-1 away win at Brighton in the PGA South League, remaining unbeaten after four fixtures.
Chelsea N'Drin opened the scoring from the penalty spot after just three minutes, converting after the Brighton goalkeeper fouled her in the area. Brighton drew level on 64 minutes through a long-range strike that dipped under the crossbar.
Keira Johnson settled the contest in the second minute of stoppage time. Elise Christian drove forward on the left before threading a pass through to Johnson, who finished first time with her left foot across goal.
Leanne Champ's side dominated possession with 60 per cent of the ball and created 25 attempts, 14 of which were on target. The match also allowed players returning from England Women's Under-17 duty against Finland to see further action.
Chelsea now have 12 points from four PGA South League matches, having scored 20 goals and conceded just two. The Blues next host Arsenal Under-21s at Kingsmeadow on Sunday 20 September, with kick-off at 7.30pm and free admission.
