Mikel Arteta has recorded a higher win percentage than any other manager in Arsenal's history, with the Spaniard holding a 60.9% record from 361 matches in charge.
Arteta, who recently signed a contract extension to continue his seven-year stay at the club, also became the youngest manager to lead Arsenal to a league title. At 44 years and 54 days old, he edged out George Graham, who was 124 days older when he won the championship in the 1988/89 season.
Among all Arsenal managers with a minimum of 50 games, Arsène Wenger sits second on 57.2% from 1,235 matches, followed by Unai Emery at 55.1% from 78 games. Herbert Chapman, who managed 403 matches, recorded 49.9%, while George Graham's figure across 460 games stands at 48.9%.
In the wider Premier League context, Arteta reached his 150th top-flight win in 249 matches — only four managers achieved that milestone faster. His points-per-game average of 2.01 from 252 Premier League matches places him seventh all-time, behind José Mourinho (2.02), Antonio Conte (2.03), Roberto Mancini (2.05), Jürgen Klopp (2.11), Sir Alex Ferguson (2.17) and Pep Guardiola (2.28).
Five further league wins would move Arteta into the Premier League's all-time top 10 for victories by a manager. He is currently the longest-serving manager in the English Football League and has taken charge of 153 Premier League games for Arsenal, placing him sixth among managers with the most games at a single club in the competition. Ferguson leads that list with 528 games at Manchester United, ahead of Wenger's 476 at Arsenal.
Arteta is also the youngest manager to reach 150 Premier League victories, and only compatriot Roberto Martínez arrived at the 250-game mark in the competition at an earlier age. Only Mourinho has won the Premier League title at a younger age.
